El Vista Café

This is hands down one of my favorite cafe’s in Kigali. The coffee is excellent, the ambiance is great, and the prices are reasonable. The waiters are always friendly and attentive, making it a place I love returning to.

Nice little cafe. Meals are simple and reasonably priced. The grounds are pleasant. Worth a visit. Update 2025: meals still good and reasonably priced. Whole family was happy with the food. Worth checking out.

Great place with friendly service and an awesome breakfast! I can recommend the El Vista Breakfast if you are hungry. I also took an iced caramel macchiato and a vanilla-banana-milkshake - awesome! Just one thing: The service was very fast with handing me the bill with the last zip of my milkshake still in my mouth and started cleaning the table while I was still sitting and handing the money - that is a little too fast guys and gives me a feeling of getting thrown out of the cafe even though I just paid 15000. Please work on that :-) Other than that, everything was perfect - 5 stars!

A nice cafe with lots of parking and seating! I came here and was the first so I got my orders in and the drinks and food came rather quickly (30 min for the food). The cappuccinos I ordered were great but both were very different! One tasted like African tea and the other plain. Perhaps it was the sugar request I made for one? Regardless it was enjoyable! The internet worked well and the service was attentive. Parking can be found out front on the street or inside. The breakfast was very large and I could not finish it but was very nice and filling.

Laid back and chilled Café. Courteous and polite staff. If you're looking for a super casual place to work from, it's a good recommendation.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to El Vista Café. The coffee shop is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Kimihurura, next to some artsy stores that are worth exploring. The café itself is very nice, with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for working or reading a book. The setting of the café is also very nice, with a great look and a lot of artisan shops nearby. The cappuccino I had at the café was amazing, with a rich and flavorful taste that was sure to satisfy. The WiFi at El Vista Café is also good, making it a great place to get some work done or stay connected. Overall, I had a great experience at El Vista Café and would highly recommend it for its great location, good WiFi, and amazing cappuccino.

Nice place for.a smoothie, breakfast or dinner, or just a beer. Never too crowded, with a nice atmosphere. (despite the name, there is no actual view of the city, just a bit between the houses)

Ordered the El Vista Breakfast and it was very tasty :) I recommend for anyone looking for a hearty breakfast, ambiance was great too!
